    Why Teamgeist

Good teaching, fair fees, and the certificate at the end

We teach German in Nairobi CBD to people who have somewhere specific in mind — a university place, a nursing contract, an Ausbildung, a transfer, a family already there. That changes how a course should be taught, and it changes what you need to know before you start.

So we keep the fee within reach, put you in a room where speaking German is not frightening, hand you every book you need, and take you all the way to the Goethe exam rather than stopping at the last lesson.

Fees below what most schools charge

A1 is KES 32,000 for the full course, or KES 30,000 each when you register with a friend — materials in the price, no registration fee, and nothing extra to pay at the door.

Teachers people actually enjoy learning from

Groups are capped at 15, and our instructors teach in a way that makes speaking up feel normal — you ask the basic question, you get the patient answer, and the room stays one where mistakes are part of the lesson.

    Goethe exam preparation, built in

Most German classes in Nairobi stop at teaching the language. We prepare you for the Goethe-Zertifikat itself — the format, the timing, the four modules and the past-paper practice — and help you register to sit it.

Every book and worksheet you need

Textbooks, worksheets, digital resources and progress tests come with the course. You are never sent hunting for a photocopy or asked to buy a book before the next unit starts.
